Abstracts received after this date will not be considered.
The presenting author of an abstract must be registered for the event by January 12, 2015.

Notification of acceptance
Notifications of acceptance or rejection of the abstracts will be sent to the abstract submitters from November 28, 2014.
The abstract submitter receives all correspondence referring to the abstract and is directly responsible for informing all authors of the abstract's status.
After receipt of notification of acceptance, the abstract presenter's name and attendance must be confirmed. The abstract will be automatically cancelled if we don't receive the above confirmation and the registration fee for the abstrat presenter by January 12, 2015.
Presentations of abstracts
The submission of an abstract constitutes a formal commitment by the presenting author to present the abstract (if accepted) orally or as an e-poster in the session and the time assigned by the GSC Executive Program Committee.
Abstract submission will be only accepted in English but the selected abstracts can be presented on-site in Spanish or in English.
All abstracts presented at the Congress will automatically enter into the abstract awards selection process. The winners will be announced on-site and all awardees will be acknowledged on the Congress website.
